Hurricane Katrina Relief

The staff and members of John Knox want to express our sincere appreciation for all your donations to our Katrina relief effort. The supplies and monetary donations were well spent on our recent mission trip to Laurel, Mississippi. ( See more on past events link)
It has been over a month since Katrina. The news stories have grown more and more infrequent and the human suffering may appear to dim in our minds. Nothing could be further from the truth. Their transitions and rebuilding will continue for years to come.
Although we will not be needing supplies on our next trip, we will be needing funds. Our sister church will be welcoming us in the spring of 2006, and we would like to take as many people that feel called to go. The trip will need funding from our members.
Please earmark any contributions you make to the Katrina effort. It will be used for our spring trip.
